How we help

Your relationship with yourself and others

You don’t need to arrive with a clear explanation of how everything fits together.

Whether you’re finding it difficult to express your needs, feeling disconnected from yourself, or noticing familiar patterns in your relationships, we provide a supportive space to explore what has been coming up for you.

The way you understand yourself can affect how you approach relationships, respond to conflict and make room for your own needs. You may find yourself questioning your decisions, feeling guilty about setting boundaries, or looking to others for reassurance.

Therapy offers an opportunity to explore these experiences with curiosity and care. Our work includes attention to attachment and relationship patterns, self-criticism, shame and the expectations you hold for yourself.

These experiences can have different meanings for different people. We’ll take time to understand yours rather than assume where they come from.

Trauma and difficult earlier experiences may also be part of what brings you to therapy. There is room to explore that history alongside what matters in your life now. Anxiety, identity exploration and periods of change can also be a starting point for our work together.

Our approach

A collaborative approach to therapy

Our approach is relational and informed by attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness and somatic practices.

Together, we explore the thoughts, emotions and patterns that may be affecting your well-being. Depending on your needs, this may include understanding conflicting feelings, noticing physical responses to stress, or considering how past relationships influence present experiences.

We’ll discuss the approaches we use and how they relate to your goals. Your questions, preferences and feedback remain part of that conversation throughout therapy.
